Correct me if I'm wrong, but if the executable doesn't get changed then the offset shouldn't change, correct? (Anyone? Anyone? Bhuler? Bhuler? )

Correct. No new eqgame.exe, no new offset.

Correct, eqgame.exe did not change, so offset remains the same. I haven't seen anyone analyze the new eqmain.dll though, so I'm waiting for the thumbs-up myself.
