Upgraded to 1.9/1.11 from 1.8a/1.10 this morning. Previous version worked fine on my 98se machine (using eqw and 127.0.0.1).

Now, When I try the new version, it pulls the data than directly after the map attempts to center itself on my position, the client hardlocks.

Any ideas?

hmm btw... since i think this might be related....

The ONLY problem i would have with the previous version would be occasionally i would hit 'go' and mobs would list but map would fail to populate (than get a big red x where map was). Along with this i would get a dev popup with continue/quit and the following details:

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just in time (JIT) debugging, the config file for this
application or machine (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the machine
rather than being handled by this dialog.

Now I really have no idea on what any of this stuff means but i generally could stop the error by simply rebooting.

I got that one once last night, but I've never seen it before that. I'll look into it.

I have both sets of versions installed atm. As i said, the "newest" set fails 100% of the time. Old version fails rarely and when it does, i reboot my machine and it works like a charm. Really unsure if they are related. Oh, and i can reproduce the error with the "old set" if i dont hit "stop" before zoning.
