ShowEQ 5.13.10.36 for Live 10/21/15

Announcing the release of ShowEQ version 5.13.10.36. This version is compatible with the October 21st patch. Special thanks to Newby for his timely updates and significant work!

Loading this up now in anticipation for changes with release of the latest expansion tomorrow. At least we can all work from the latest SVN instead of patches on patches.
