ShowEQ 5.1.0.0-pre1 for Live 9/13

Here's a quick pre-release for 5.1. There's some stuff missing from this, but after a quick round of testing, what most people care about seems ok (i.e. spawn list and skittles).

Feel free to report problems you find. I haven't entered a new zone yet, so I got no idea if it'll work there. You should see another release soon with more polish, but I felt this was worth releasing.

Please copy new eqstr_us.txt and spells_us.txt into your share/showeq directory. You're on your own for maps.

Fetch the new release from the files section of sourceforge, or if you prefer, anoncvs will probably be up to date by tomorrow morning, pending the will of sourceforge.

To install:

Whether the package managers wrap this up for you is up to them, but there will be a more official 5.1 release Real Soon (tm).

I thought I would give it a shot since it kind of looked like an easy fix....and failed horribly! I don't know how you do it, but it is appreciated!

If you want to fix your own GM flag so that *GM* doesn't show up randomly, it is offset 169 in spawnStruct and is uint8_t. If you don't understand what that means, just wait for a final 5.1 release and deal with the incorrect *GM* flags.

Thanks for this, now if I can just get it working *sigh*

I've put up RPMs of this release for FC3, FC4, and RHEL4, along with a source RPM if you want to build it on another RedHat-ish platform.
