No. They have part of it encrypted.
Do you know if ShowEQ works on the new Quarm server by TAKP?

People have gotten an old version of ShowEQ (linux) to work on P99. You would need to see if the decryption routines are the same and need to update all the opcodes and structures. That is a lot of work to keep it running.
