ShowEQ version 6

The ShowEQ 6 beta is going to be transitioning to the primary branch over the next couple of months. This means that ShowEQ5 will be coming to the end and will not be updated when we fully switch to SEQ6.

I urge everyone to start transitioning over to the SEQ6 branch and post any bugs or problems you might have. Also, please let us know which linux distros that work with it out of the box.

I want to offer praise to cn187. He alone took on the challenge of upgrading ShowEQ from QT3 to QT4.

QT3 has been EOL for a long time. Even though QT4 is also EOL, SEQ had to be upgraded to QT4 before proceeding to QT5. The quicker that we transition away from ShowEQ 5, the quicker the transition to ShowEQ 7 can begin.
