Yes, it's possible. AFAIK, SEQ works in windows if you have the proper dependancies installed- someone had it running a while ago, just without decryption.
However, that doesn't mean it's easy-...
Foot -> mouth.
If you knew history, you'd know Puerto Rico is given the choice between becoming the 51st state or becoming their own sovereign country, or simply staying the way they are now. They do not pay...
Well, I've put my waders on, and have read this whole thing through, and have decided to post. This thread has a mix of some of the crappiest posts/flames I've ever read, and some of the best. So...
Rofl, good show Borscht. Been avoiding this thread because it's slightly off topic, but at 176 replies it's hard to ignore. So I click, first thing I read is that last post which is the best flame...
Errrrrr, IANAL, but I was under the impression they could put whatever they wanted in a EULA, and as long you click the "I Accept" button, you've agreed to it.
sig updated. :D
works better if you take all the linebreaks out fyi...
It *does* waste cpu cycles.
It wastes .000002 seconds worth every time you compile showeq.
To say nothing of all the cycles, and bandwidth, it's wasted on all our computers displaying and...
I like the fact that he said it's a "new" error, instead of an error that's existed since the dawn of time. I mean my god- a search for pcap_open_live yielded 38 results. It probably would have...
Bumping old threads is lame.
Heh, pretty funny. I read this thread's title yesterday and thought, "wtf, I almost can't believe someone's asking that." Then I actually read the thread and went, "Oh, yeah. They're asking that."...
*sigh*
Yes, 100% out of the question. Might as well program ShowEQ to send it's data directly into a hologram in your brain instead of displaying it on your screen.
This would be a great thing to have, and it wouldn't be that hard....
If we had access to Sony's server code.
Since we don't, it's nearly impossible.
Sorry about stepping up and playing Captain Obvious here, but English is not a dead language.
Words change, and sometimes mean things entirely different than they meant just a few short years...
It's not as if EQ's servers are all that stable anyway. A zone on my server has crashed at least 3 times in the past week, (3 different zones, all non-connected) and no, I'm not refering to all the...
This is true. However, SINS best feature was the fact that it used a lot less memory/CPU than SEQ. :D
The other SINS feature I'd like to see in SEQ was the fact that you could filter by height,...
SINS (SINS is not ShowEQ) was around for a while, and IMO was better than SEQ back in the day. When SEQ 4.0 came out, and SEQ switched to gcc3.x, and libEQ.a went with it (which SINS depended on)...
We've had this discussion hundreds of times already. Search before you post please.
:D
Nono, really, it's guild0.
Do a "/who all guild0". (just like that, don't substitute guild0 out for anything) I think you'll be suprised.
As to *why* this happens, I don't have a clue.
Not sure about WinZIP's behavior, but if it's anything like MS Office your file will be somewhere in the Windows TMP directory.
So, umm, is mvern a dev yet? :D
wtg mvern.
It doesn't. Both my SEQ box and my EQ box are 100, and it doesn't work.
Even if I connect a 10mbit device to the switch, (I refuse to call it a hub) it doesn't work. (this trick works for linksys...
Been there done that.
Yeah. SMC hubs aren't hubs. And searching is your friend. =)
