Awesome proggy that works well, 2 questions if i may please,

How are alerts handled ? - beep, tune, flashing dot ....
how do alerts get read, ie i put holly windstalker in the list while she was...

this is what i did and it worked fine (except output from eq, as i dont have eq at work).
Winxp on this machine fully patched from windows update INC .NET framework from WINDOWS UPDATE.
installed...

goto www.linuxapps.com
search for xsmbrowser
download xsmbrowser rpm for rh
install rpm
go to \etc\samba and edit smb.conf first line which reads Workgroup = "your windows workgroup", save file...

ok i have installed rh7.2 and SHEQ many times and have even helped people on here but i am absolutely stuck on this one :(

Fresh install of RH7.2 with the EVERYTHING tab selected, come to boards...

it was screen resolution, dropped it down to 1200 and all is perfect....strange

ok i run at 1600,1200 with a bitmap backgound image, i thought it may be that so i took of the bmp and it was signifacantly better it now decodes and i see my movement on the ap , it is still slow on...

ok i did a CLEAn install of Rh 7.2 followed the install guide for seq as i have done many times before eveything is fine untill i run seq then the whole machine runs like treacle, i have a p3 1 gig...

If anyone has gotten this woprking with SEQ PLEASE give me some hints, or a walk through or just the differences between this and 7.2.

My sound alerts work very well.

Worried for sorting those great spell list colors, i use it mostly for kedge zone to keep people with EB and i can see clearly who is gonna die and decide if i like them enuff to live. <evil grin>.

in your Showeq.conf file make all your alerts and important catagories start with a FULL STOP.
ie:

.Locate
.Alert
.Caution
etc

That way they appear topmost in your list and much easier to...

sorry to bump this but alot of SOL zones will not display time and this feature would be good to have back :)

its in showeq.conf
just edit the filters in there to add or delete

Does anyones alerts play a wave file or is everyones busted like mine.
also if imake the 1 a zero in the conf file will it sound my speaker for me or is the alert routine completely broken :(

they allways worked in all earlier versions of seq, could a developer have a quick look at the code please.

i had the same thing it is where the machine thinks the middle button is puched down, if you have a middle button press it once on the map to release it worked for me :)
