Actually your problem isn't the PPPoE packets, but the fact that your router is a switch and therefore SEQ can't sniff the EQ traffic.
Getting off thread, but... I wonder if they cap the level exp and either use that amount as the cap for AA or have no exp/kill cap for AA.
The first post of this thread has most of the old ZEM values.
How are you checking the amount of EXP each character is getting?
Actual numeric EXP is only sent when you zone. The rest of the time the server just sends you updates when the client needs to...
I think there was something about this in another thread.

Apparently MySEQ has no issues with tracking mobs even across a large...
hmm, I think this has been in SEQ for quite some time.
It is known as Session Tracking.
hmm, wonder if those systems are running ATI cards. We have issues here with ATI 7000 and 7500 cards and OpenGL graphics when hardware acceleration is turned on. This is one reason why 3D animation...
Heh, Zaphod. I think he is wanting to go from the 3D file in the everquest directory to a SEQ map (as ksmith does and has links in his signature for). :)
Umm, isn't Western Karana really called something else, like Qey2HH?
I know I've been in Western Karana and SEQ has always loaded a map for it, just don't recall the exact name.
Are you playing on Test, live, European, etc... servers? I would guess that it is crashing on zone because it is hitting packets that it can't decode.
hmm, with it running as a sort of sniffer daemon that could be connected to via a network socket you could have your friends just run the sniffer part at their locs and you run the interface(s) at...
Would doing the %r trick work for these?
Then you just solved your problem
RH9 doesn't have a gcc3 rpm, just a gcc rpm (since the version of gcc for RH >7.3 has been a version of gcc 3.x), you must have picked that up from a previous...
From reading the actual error:
and going to my trusty rpmfind.net (since you don't state a distro)
libstdc++.so.3 is used by RH7.2 libstdc++3.0.4
libstdc++.so.5 is used by RH9...
hmmm, interesting that it is due to a player turning into a corpse. Next time you run SEQ turn on packet logging. Zaphod might be willing to take a look through the log to find out what happened...
If you are going to take offense at what lildr00d posted, then you might not want to stick around.
A combination of low post plus recent membership is a better hint of a newbie to the boards.
There engine probably just uses the IE signature in the headers for the request which wget can mimic if needed.
If I had to guess, it seems that SEQ of late hasn't shown hp/mana changes for anyone (mobs or PCs).
Two things:
1) as was posted in the announcements forum you no longer need to convert it.
2) If you still are going to convert it, do it right. (man dos2unix).

This is a known issue with SEQ and Wine. But you would know that if you had searched.
its purpose is to log items seen in game.
The file isn't made until if tries to log stuff for the first time.
I don't use any flags with ./configure and I'm getting the item databases just fine on my system.
You mean like: http://seq.sourceforge.net/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=3552&highlight=earth
Sigh, took all of a quick search on this forum.
