    Yes, they re-enabled the network optimization code that only sends spawn info for your immediate area.

    Try these. level, race, class, primary and offhand offset moved. May be some others as well but this should get you skittles at least.

    No luck with ground spawns since patch. I haven't been able to locate a valid offset for them.
