    Re: Help...

That's very odd. It never finds my docs (they're not installed) but still continues on. Would you mind doing a configure without the --without-qt-validation (so it fails) and then PMing or emailing...

    Re: Help...

Ah. Not finding the qt docs is just a warning - it should continue even without them. As such, I haven't bothered updating the detection rules for the docs.

    Re: Help...

Did you try without --without-qt-validation? Just asking, because I expected it to work without needing it. Were there still issues?

OK, I forgot that they use a weird target triplet.

    Re: Help...

I assume you modified right near where the patch applied? There are a 3 or 4 different sections that look about the same, so it's easy to modify the wrong one if you're not careful.

    Also, I'm...

See if this patch helps. I think I missed one when I did the earlier rpi fix.

    Re: ShowEQ 6 Beta Test

Yeah, that's the issue that session tracking is supposed to help with. If you turn session tracking back on, it should reduce that happening. But then you don't get auto-session detection. It's...

    Re: ShowEQ 6 Beta Test

It's not much of a shortcut, but rather than restarting, you can select "Monitor Next EQ Client Seen" while at character select, or right before you zone, and it should pick it up.

    Re: Random lockups

As far as I can tell, whenever this happens, it's due to random traffic on the local LAN confusing SEQ. I have some ideas on how to make this less of an issue, but it may be a while before I can get...

    Re: [Live] 11/18 Patch

There were no changes to trunk between 1052 and present. So it just means that I had updated my local copy of the trunk when the repo was at 1107 (due to beta changes), and didn't update the global...

Re: CentOS make error for RC1

Yes, the UIC= should override the UIC path (the configure script checks for the UIC env var and will use it if it exists). When you set that, are the errors you get the same, or different?

Re: CentOS make error for RC1

Yes, that's the right info, thanks.

It's definitely trying to use the Qt3 UIC, so that's likely the problem.

    [Live] 11/18 Patch

    Updated structs and opcodes.

The seq5 patch applies against the main trunk/tarball. (v5.13.10.103)

The beta6 patch applies against the pre_6_0_beta branch and the rc1 tarball.

    SVN will be...
  18. Re: Current Development Status and Future Plans. Your Feedback Requested

FYI, there's a recent commit (that didn't make it into RC1) that should fix an issue with detecting Qt on non-x86 platforms. So you'll want to either pull the latest from the pre_6_0_beta branch of...

    Re: Saving Window Preferences

When the program first runs, are you seeing a warning in the console about it not being able to load the window prefs, or are there no warnings and it just doesn't restore them?
  22. Re: Current Development Status and Future Plans. Your Feedback Requested
