I seen a macro on the MQ boards and I thought it was a good idea.. Not a programer as most of you know so I can't do a patch but..
What they have done is in the filter list they added a second...
Ice why don't you pass them off to BA and he can update the master filters list and then can be added to the next CVS commit and or tar

Was just wondering if someone was working on getting the out of range mobs to update properly or not? I know some of the other programs other than showeq are working right but I enjoy showeq more at...

I just hit the enter key at the password prompt. Yes the first CVS command logs you in. The second one does the downloads. its all in the FAQ Here
I just made a text file with the commands in it and called it "getseq.txt". I then run it with the command "bash getseq.txt". When ever it fails I just shift up arrow and hit enter runs it again....
cvs -d:pserver:[email protected]:/cvsroot/seq login
Hit enter for password
cvs -d:pserver:[email protected]:/cvsroot/seq co showeq
Didn't search hard enuff hun.. CVS is screwd atm. The only way to make it work is to try over and over and over again untill it works. You may have to kick it off 30 - 60 times before you get a good...

You can get one from maps.eq-toolbox.com and then use the converter to port it over to seq format.

Yes adding the patch from Thom_Merrilin solves the seg fault errors.
And yes CVS sucks big ones. I think I tryed about 30 times before I got a download to work.

Ok got mine running over the weekend. Thanks guys for pointing me in the right direction. Here is what I did to make it work for others still having problems.

Need a little help here. I got a fresh copy of seq from the CVS. Downloaded the 2 files from this thread and put them in my /src directory and then did a normal compile. I get a few warnings but...

I use it for the most part to move around zones. I couldn't find my way out of a paper bag.. LOL I really like the new map thing SoE has added and would use it more if it didn't take up so much room...
Yes the best way to stop this is to stop using Showeq. Try reading the damn forums or God forbid use the search button.
