Yes, they do work for me.
These are the offsets I use, don't recall what date they are from.

I also get the the "Crash on Zone" bug with WinME.
For the hell of it, try removing the prefs file(prefs.xml) and starting with a new one.
Hmm, that was odd, kept crashing till I tried the base version, then went to run the modified version and it started working again as well, go figure.
It works fine with the Base version, but bombs if you are using the Edited version with zone specific alerts.
Are you using the latest offsets?
Aside from needing to put in the Level Con changes, this is pretty nice!
BTW, don't use the avoid filters in a zone like The Grey that has somewhere around 100 traps, the lines fill the screen and...
