    Unhappy error when configure

    Im getting this error when I try to ./configure

    spawn.o `test -f 'spawn.cpp' || echo './'`spawn.cpp
    spawn.cpp: In constructor `Item::Item(itemType, short unsigned int)':
    spawn.cpp:129: internal error: Segmentation fault

    dont think Im doing anything wrong.. I just got a new system so reloaded everything.

    when gcc segfaults, its usually not a good thing. First, see if your distro has any updated gcc packages, then go download memtest86, and make sure your system ram is all ok. (my bets on the ram).
