Added patch 670210 to fix the skill list

It's only been two days. Try having some patience, especially since it is the weekend and even the developers deserve time off to have a life of their own.
Ok I now have two limits determined. Last time I submitted a patch a couple of weeks went by with no action. I posted a followup and someone said I should have followed up sooner. This time I waited two days and that obviously is too soon.
Two days < Time to post follow up < Two weeks
A couple of more times and I'll get it right.
2 days when going into a weekend is not enough, but would be if the followup was done during the week (e.g. patch posted Monday, followup on Thursday or Friday). Since the weekend is when this board (like most boards/lists) go quiet.
I promise I'll get to it. If its not in my next commit please bug me about it

The problem with defending the purity of the English language is that English is about as pure as a cribhouse whore. We don't just borrow words; on occasion, English has pursued other languages down alleyways to beat them unconscious and riffle their pockets for new vocabulary.
