    Trust me the people that miss the numerous threads already in each forum Will miss a Sticky post at the top of the forums. Those are the same people that miss the emboldened warning at the top of the main page.

    Having a sticky post at the top would do nothing except give some people one more chance to do some work on thier own. Unfortunately those people won't take advantage of that chance either. We'll be in the same boat we are now, you'll just have one less bone to throw to them when they still post "Is ShowEQ Broken?"...

    Hmm...

    Well... now ... here we are.

    I was thinking of actually designing a main page... although I'm a back end coder, not a graphic artist, so it would probably blow.

    Regardless, however ... a SEQ status box with a Red or Green light might be something to look into.

    Try to make it a 100pt font that says

    "SHOWEQ BROKEN, DON'T POST TILL IT IS FIXED"

    Maybe you could link the "new thread" and "post reply" buttons to a splash page that says something like:

    Search before you post or you'll be toast!

    only 1 in 10000 males are red green color blind and i say males cuz the chance a female will become red/green colorblind is veerrrrry low since it is a sex linked trait.

    now that ive missed the point of this thread by a MOOOON (click on linky i swear it deserves a grammy)

    red/green light sounds better than a sticky imo

    This was not the case the first couple days SEQ was broken. A sticky post would have been nice.
