my lawyer claims that according to Texas state law, Section 4, Subsection 3, Paragraph 2.7, as the intitial challenger (from now on refered to as YOURDADDY), he has the right to select the time, and location. As such, YOURDADDY would prefer to meet at the basketball hoop behind the school after last period. Furthermore, YOURDADDY states, that according to Section 3, Subsection 2, Paragraph 1.3, you must either "be there, or be square".
