    Opt Code Table

I did a few searches and not really finding what I want... or possibly I was lazy and gave up..

Seems that alot of the success is centered around the opt.h file. I know, there is more to it... but opt.h does seem to take center stage alot..

Anyways, I was thinking.. Is there a way to make this source file more of a runtime changeable option either via a GUI or modifying a text file like the filters?

I suppose a side benefit would that every non-proggy man (like myself) could actually sit there and change an opt code till SEQ started to decode that item... Course that would require the opt code changes to take affect realtime as oppose to making me restart SEQ everytime I change the codes...

    Thoughts?

There has been some work in this area. It is not too hard to allow runtime mapping of opcodes to functionality, but keep in mind that this only helps if SOE moves opcodes around. It does not help if the packet formats are changed.
