    Guild info wrong for self

ok the last post about guilds was in may based on search, but has anyone noticed that SEQ is sometimes showing yourself in a different guild then your truely in. when i loaded the guilds file from my EQ directory it gave "WARNING: guildsfile not loaded, expected 32832 got 30724. dont know if this is a bug or if i just need to do alittle editing of the code.

Yeah same here and its only for me. Everyone else seems to be fine. I have noticed that it switches back and forth from my guild to this other guild. I am not really to concerned about it so haven't bothered searching for a fix, if there is one.

no problems with the guilds file here...

perhaps you guys are missing some patches or something...

I wish ratt would update the cvs, or give somebody else rights to do it...

maybe then people would be motivated again to do something about showeq

As mentioned before SUBMIT the patch and it'll be incorporated. as long as NO-ONE submits any patch, there's no way other then, scanning every post in every thread on every board for something that _might_ or _might not_ be a helpfull patch.

So... if you have a patch ready to get into the distro, instead of complaining: SUBMIT it using the appropriate procedure.
Before asking anything read the pre-face section of http://www.smoothwall.org/download/p....9/doc.faq.pdf

after you've read it, you know what to do next...
