Experience/Combat non-functional in 4.3.16?

Long time user, first time poster... I've searched through the posts specifying "newer than 2 weeks ago" which should cover everything since the 10/9 patch.. cannot find any posts about the experience window being broken, yet mine is.

Before the 10/9 patch everything was working perfectly. now, everything works except the combat and experience windows do not show any useful data anymore. Anyone else having this? I tried Zaphod's "clean" 4.3.16 tarball, and also a fresh CVS update, and it's.. just not working. Any ideas where to look?

ok, correction - combat window DOES work in .16.. exp window does not, though.

You'll find the combat info no longer seems correct.
Its doesnt seem to be picking up all the info.
