CVS commit of ShowEQ 4.3.18, works with 11/05/03 EQ Live.

• Updated version to 4.3.18
• OPCode and structure fixes for 11/05/03 patch.
• Fixed spawnlog's zone spawn and new spawn position recording and updated the spawn log format version to 4.
• Fix to support people running EQ under winex.
• Fixed the duplicate accelerator bug. Shift+F3 is now "Reload Zone Filters", and Shift+F4 is now "Save Zone Filters".
• Integrated patch# 832080 "freebsd-stable compile 10/24/03" from jonseq

NOTE: You must use eqstr_us.txt for formatted strings (instead of eqstr_en.txt).

NOTE: You must use spells_us.txt for spell information (instead of spells_en.txt).

NOTE: Don't forget to do a 'make -f Makefile.dist', 'configure', 'make', and last but definitely not least 'make install'.

It should be appearing on the pserver and ViewCVS server in about 5-6 hours.

Because so many of you like them... I've created a tarball for this release.

The ShowEQ 4.3.18 tarball contains all of the latest changes and may be found here in the ShowEQ Files section and on my site.
