    Chat channels

    Hey

I believe this is my first post here, but I have been around quite some time.

I remeber in the early SEQ days you were able to see different kind of chat channels in SEQ, for example you could see the specific GM chat channel. Now with alot of new channels and that kind of stuff I am curious if it is still possible to monitor the chat traffic, and if so how do I do it?

And if you are gonna flame me with the "use searh" thingy, please provide me with what key words I should use, cause with the ones I used I found nothing.

    Thanks in advance

I wasn't around "back in the day" but I can still answer your question. That stuff isn't sent to your client anymore. /serverfilter is basically built into the game now, so that if you're not on a channel you don't get the data. If your client isn't getting the data, seq can't see it because there is no network traffic to sniff.
