I got a very nasty letter from SOE the other day demanding that I stop development on this project. After reviewing it with my attorney, I have decided that its in my best interest to comply with SOE's request. Sorry to everyone that was waiting for this program, Sony won this time

You should have said that Sony bought the rights to it. Having them shut you down is too believable.
