I am not sure if anyone really cares... but I went ahead and put together a gentoo ebuild for 5.4 and it can be found at http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=136690. It includes patches for the two opcode fixes and a gcc4 compile fix.

It also has a 2 line code at the end to download the two txt files that make life better. Hopefully they will get into portage soon

Since portage is a pretty lousy method of distribution on software that gets obsolete in a month or two, I've stopped submitting ebuilds.
