    Windows 7 Question

Sorry if I've missed the answer anywhere obvious, but I have looked in a lot of threads.

Current "introduction to MySeq" thread mentions Win 2000 and Win XP.

Does not mention Win7, unless I'm blind.

    Simple question........

Does MySeq run on Win7 with or without any issues?

    Thanks

    Re: Windows 7 Question

That thread was written long before Win7 was even on the drawing board. Runs fine for me on Win7 64-bit, although I only run the server on my Win7 machine, and the client on a WinXP machine. I do not have it installed in the default Program Files folder though. In my case its C:\Games\MySEQ. If you still have UAC enabled you should have it set to run as an administrator.

    Re: Windows 7 Question

    Ok. Thanks for that reply.

Win 7 is the only option for me, both client and server will be on two new PC's, both running Win 7.

I have recently decided to replace my two very old, very slow 2003 machines. Though they have both served me well.

Just wanted to know if it was an issue at all.

    Thanks again.

    Re: Windows 7 Question

Just to add my confirmation that the program runs fine on Windows 7.

    It does run fine.

I run a two PC set up. Client and server.

I don't even have to hit the "go" button, it connects automatically.

    Awesome, awesome. Thanks
