Ok, can you elaborate on part "have it call blat"? How can you call external application on rare mob pop?
A long time ago, I used another program that had audio alerts. You had to specify the path and file. Instead of the mp3 or wav file, I put in blat.exe and it worked. I am not sure if it would work on mySEQ but it is worth a shot.
