I only use MySEQ, but it has been my experience that when the offsets for that change due to a patch, SEQ needs to be updated too. There were new offsets posted after yesterdays patch, so I'm guessing SEQ needs work too.
If there was a patch after the 18th, then yes, SEQ most likely needs to be updated.
