[Test] 4/21 Patch

Here is a diff with the opcodes and struct changes for the Test server patch on 4/21. It will apply against 5.13.10.96, the current svn trunk, and also the current pre_6_0_beta svn (-pre15).

Since this is the first update for test that we've had since I've been active here (and my first update doing all of the structs and opcodes myself) please be sure to report anything that doesn't work, especially if it works on Live.

Edit: To apply this patch, you'll need to use "-p 1" instead of the usual "-p 0". So
