Now that SEQ works to some extent, it would be nice to be able to decode (if that feature is not currently broken), but the Jan 28 key offset appears to not work. Is it still the correct offset and SEQ just cant decode at this time or has the offset changed?

I still see the Jan 28 offset on main page, and that one does not work. I looked around for the offset finder tool and used that and came up with the offset of:
0x007c3448
And it seems to work great. So SEQ is back at almost full strength... the movement data doesnt' seem to be getting parsed correctly yet, but I'm sure it will be eventually. Again, thanx for the great work guys!
