cvs was retired by sourceforge a long time ago. it is now an svn.

Have no idea. If you use centos 6.9 it installs right out of the box.

Docker container is working with ShowEQ installed. Startup script uses host XServer and binds to host net iface. Might share this docker image if there's some interest!
