Found this program (I'm running on Win XP)
When I type udpecho, it comes up with:
0 - \Device\Packet_{03A9D9C4-217D-44F6-9034-5B896BA24A44}
1 - \Device\Packet_NDisWanIp

I've looked through other posts about this program, but didn't really find any help. I've tried
udpecho 0 1
udpecho "\Device\Packet_{03A9D9C4-217D-44F6-9034-5B896BA24A44}" "\Device\Packet_NDisWanIp"
udpecho "Packet_{03A9D9C4-217D-44F6-9034-5B896BA24A44}" "Packet_NDisWanIp"
udpecho "{03A9D9C4-217D-44F6-9034-5B896BA24A44}" "NDisWanIp"

Then under seq in Network > Monitor EQ Client IP Address, I typed in 192.168.255.128 according to the readme file.

The light on my network hub flashed maybe one time when I loaded EQ and seq, and in the konsole it kept saying "New Filter:"

I've tried searching around for some help with this, but wasn't really able to find anything. If anyone knows what I'm doing wrong, I'd appreciate it if you could help. :)

I would run the internet connection through my linux box if I could, but for some reason it said the modem was removed when I started up linux for the first time after installation.
I have a USRobotics 56k in it (not winmodem, ISA)
I've tried looking for guides on how to install a modem, but haven't had any luck so far, and I really don't know a whole lot about linux =x
