Mouse Panning in Map Window

I currently have a 4-port KVM switchbox that I use to switch between a EQ machine, Linux Machine, and Video Capture machine.

I am using USB cables (dumb I know, but I will fix this eventuall) and sometimes if you move the mouse while switching computers the keyboard hoses up and you need to switch out and back to the Linux box.

To my question at hand, how can I turn off the mouse panning in the map window? Sometimes this gets accidently turned on due to the KVM switchbox locking down ALT, CTRL, and other keys durring a computer switch and i cant find any options to turn panning on the map back off. I shut down ShowEQ now to resolve the problem.

The problem in your case is that somehow a middle mouse button down event is being generated without a middle mouse button up event following. Just click the middle mouse button (or both mouse buttons simultaneously if using a two button mouse) in the map and release and the issue should be cleared.
