CVS password

When typing the line cvs -d:pserver:[email protected]:/cvsroot/seq login I get asked for a PW that I cant locate anywhere on the guide I have for installing seq on mandrake 8.1. I have been looken for this thing so long I feel like my eyeball is about to pop out of my skull. Any help would be nice. =*)
