PAN X Y maps

Pan map does not seem to be working on mine .. Did a search on pan and scroll map .. no result


I entered a X and Y number and the map just does not scroll based on it .. also tried using the up and down arrow .. no result either

Any idea?

Middle mouse button.

Clicking the middle mouse button doesn't seem to do anything other than resetting the pan x and y back to zero ..

Tried several ways using middle mouse button .. all it seem to do is just reset it back to zero
