I'm sorry, i did do a rm after renaming the showeq.xml file. I neglected to include that command in my prior post.

I apologize for the inconvienience. The problem I am having appears to be an X-windows problem rather than an SEQ problem. I am shifting my focus to X-windows. Hopefully this thread will help others experiencing a similar problem directly related to SEQ.

Do a search on "aliased". I remember there is a post somewhere around here about someone having similar problems related to anti-aliased fonts. I'm on my way out the door, so can't do the search right now, but I do remember the thread...maybe that will help you out.
