Some preferences don't save

i've been dealing with this for a while now, but here goes... just in case anyone cares :)

it would seem that the visibility of the bottom (and maybe top) "toolbar" for each map does not remember its position. i think it also forgets what parts you had selected. i only ever use the frame rate on the bottom control, but after restart they are all visible (i hide it) and all of them are there.

also, the main window seems to save position, but will not save itself to a certain horizontal width. i have to make it about 2 or 3 inches smaller to fit in with what i use.

Main window width, I have that problem too.

Hiding top and bottom map controls, Don't think I have this issue. Will have to check. I might be turning each setting off instead of hiding them.

i didn't think of that, i have turned off all the controls for bottom. i know the top saves what i check, so i'm sure the bottom will too :)
