libEQ.a download location(s)

I'm looking for someplace I can get a known-good (safe) copy of the current libEQ.a. I tried the link to smurfette.net mentioned in the (great) how-to on this forum, but seem to have issues with that site, admittedly likely due to my own setup and firewall and my lack of being able to use non-passive transfers.

Is there more than that "official" place for it? or what will I get from seq if I don't have it? I've run the app before, but never without libEQ.a.

I found an answer to my own question.. removing the --passive-ftp from the wget line allowed me to download the file.

If all the authorized sites are down or have problems, it is on my site too if you dont mind getting it from an unauthorized site.
