View Full Version : "challenging mob" (5 level difference or less) bonus applies to AAexp?

Does anyone have a confirmation that the "challenging mob" (5 level difference or less) bonus applies to AAexp and not just normal levelling experience (I assume it does)

That is, if I'm level 55, I'll see about double the exp off a lvl 50 mob compared to a 49 in normal exp, and I guess the same should hold for aaxp as well.

Does this bonus only kick in for players above level 50? I don't really notice any such effect in the 40s, for instance.

In the patch message regarding this, they said they were changing exp for 50+ players, so it is likely the bonus does not apply to sub-50 people. That is what I'll assume until someone tests it and gets proof either way at least :).

No confirmation yet about AAXP. We need data.

For level 60's, level 56+ mobs give an incredible amount of AA xp over mobs level 55 and below.

So yes.

We have seen that it was level 55+ mobs that gave considerably more real XP to a level 60 character than level 54 and lower.

You say 56+ for AAXP at 60, was that a slip-up or have you tested it and it came out differently?
