SEQ usage guides?

[Howdy]

I have read a lot of the posts in this General forum, but was wondering if anyone knew of any good ShowEQ "usage" guides. Like, stuff that folks may have written about how they configured ShowEQ and why, tips & tricks, that sort of thing.

Also, any good pointers for using ShowEQ in a PvP setting would be appreciated.
