Error when running

THe program runs but nothing works...the maps don't automatically load up or anything. Can someone please help me??

You have to give us a plethora of additional information about your setup. Check out one of the many documents on the web about how to report problems, and ask questions on message boards. The "its broke, somebody fix it" posts wont get very far.
