After updating to the new showEQ, my framerate seems to have gone to 1 fps or less than that even when it is set to 5fps. This was never a problem with the previous cvs that I had (somewhat old). I am running a fresh install of rh8.0, also had this same problem with a fresh install of rh7.2. This is on a P3 750 with 128mb of ram. What is odd, is that with nothing running other than showEQ, the system does not seem to be busy at all, but the fps is still 1 or less than 1. Does anyone have any ideas?
