paying for 6 months

I have lots of time left on my account. If and when ever I get banned, can they legally keep the cash I've given them? I have paid for a service I have not gotten, EULA or not. Please post with what would happen to the rest of my "time" I have already paid for.

You bought a 6 month contract... You broke it... they keep the cash. It is that simple. It is exactly the same as if you try to quit half way though your 6 months. You get no refund.

on a similar note:

I paid for a year in advance. about half way through that year i upgraded to legends.

they started billing me for legends right away, and did not refund the balance of the year. so i canceled legends.

guess what? i had to start paying monthly again, no refund on the 6 months of my year still.

I don't know about you but I got a credit for the prepaid multimonth membership that was applied towards my monthly Legends accounts. I didn't end up paying for a month and a half after I switched to Legends.
