I did a redhat 8.0 full install which went fine, showeq install as of yesterday with the libEQ.a off smurfette and it installed cleanly. Running showeq works and it detects the EQ client and I can see myself and my xp and the maps load etc, but none of the mobs show up -- they are all unknown. I know my router -> hub setup is correct as I have run older versions of showeq on the same setup. I have looked through threads but cannot seem to find a way to fix this problem. I apologize in advance if this is a stupid question, but what can I do to get the mobs to show up etc?? Thanks in advance for any help.
