There's really no need for something like this. AC2's client gives you virtually all of the information SEQ gives (and then some).

AC2 displays exact monster & player HP and Vigor (mana), in-game radar and maps, numerical exp values... I honestly doubt that the server sends out much information that the client doesn't already reveal.

Best of all, you can alt-tab or play in a window without breaking the EULA. AC2 is MUCH less painful to play in a lot of ways.
