pcap_open_live in libpcap

Geting a configure error when try to ./configure showeq. I did a search didnt find anything on it. \

On Mandrake 9

Error:

can anyone help I am a NEWB to say the least.

Yeah, Install your libpcap rpm. Also the devel. Search would have given you this thread--
