Followed instructions, seq compiled just fine with RH8

Still have to run to the store and find a hub, then I'll be ready to try it. From what I understand I can only use SEQ as a glorified map program, until I compile a sniffer to get the key.

You are mostly correct. At the moment though, no sniffer is going to work, as Seq is currently not working due to the LoY extension. So just turn on unknown spawns and enjoy your radar until this gets resolved.
