Saving windows in interface

I have the save window sizes position and restore window positions checked in Interface menu. However when I restart SEQ all the windows go back to the default from what i had setup up before.

I've followed this thread

And looked at the Showeq.conf file and the UseWindowPos and SavePosition are 1's.

Anyone have any ideas?

I don't know but when I make adjustments I normally go "File > Save Preferences" (or Ctrl-S) and that seems to work for me.
