Okay, I read through the FAQ a few times and did a search but I'm expecting to get flamed anyway :D

Anyway, I can't get past the "make -f Makefile.dist" part. Running Mandrake 8.2, compiled and installed QT successfully, have autoconf 2.13-16 installed...

[root@xxx showeq]# make -f Makefile.dist
Adding libtool support...................................... done!

PLEASE NOTE: Your version of Autoconf sucks!
UPGRADE NOW or face public humiliation...

I'm no expert on Mandrake or Autoconf, but maybe try here (http://rpms.mandrakeclub.com/rpms/mandrake-devel/cooker/i586/Mandrake/RPMS/autoconf2.5-2.57-4mdk.noarch.html)?

Already have that installed. I'm not sure what the difference is between autoconf2.5-2.57-3mdk and autoconf-2.13-16mdk...

Nevermind, I got it working... uninstalled and reinstalled autoconf.
