m_libEQ.cpp ?

Hi,

just did a fresh Linux install. After checking out showeq from cvs and "make -f Makefile.dist", "./configure", "make" stops with the hint that m_libEQ.cpp is required for building all, but there is no rule for it. However, when I just copy libEQ.cpp to m_libEQ.cpp, it compiles and seems to work.

Copying libeq.h to libEQ.h fixes it too
