showeq under debian sid

Has anyone had any luck getting showeq compiled under debian sid I' am getting the "something wicked error when I try and run configure.". Thought I would see if anyone has found the workaround for this on Debian (sid/unstable)

Try looking at the debug log files created by make. You are probably missing some packet needed for it to compile.

Ususally, in the past anyway, the "Something wicked" message means your QT was compiled with a version of GCC other than the GCC you are compiling SEQ with..
